Here are some tips on cleaning your granite and stone countertops.
Dirt & Grit
Dirt, grit and rough bottoms do the most
damage to natural stone surfaces because of the abrasiveness. Be sure
to delicately remove abrasive debris with a soft cloth and minimal
pressure. Do not drag rough bottoms across your countertops.
Soap & Water
Clean the surface whenever needed with a clean soft cloth and a bit of warm soapy water. When surfaces need an extra bit of attention, we suggest using our MORE cleaner or STONETECH revitalizer available at our shop to further clean and protect the surfaces.
Acids
Do not use products that contain acidic compounds. Lemons, vinegar and toothpaste can also erode the finish.
Spills
Be sure to blot up all spills immediately, before they can penetrate the surface.
